    Product Manager Footwear – HEYDUDE Shoes Where You will be Located: The position will be based in Jinjiang, China and may requires domestic and international travel. What You Will Do: As the Product Manager (Footwear), you will be responsible for the conception, merchandising and line planning of all footwear for HEYDUDE Shoes, under the direction of the Managing Director. The primary responsibilities of this position include SKU/line planning, product feedback, market analysis, design team management, liaison with development, pricing planning, material management, building, and managing product timelines, and execution of brand platform strategy. What You will Bring: Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in project management. A background of at least 5 years in footwear design, brand management/product marketing is imperative. Good written/verbal communication skills, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills required. A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage. A clear understanding of the sneaker and casual shoes construction process is mandatory. Successful candidates should also have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:  Strong understanding of English language, both verbally and written  Drives product development and serves as the main interface with Design teams  Proactively identifies product engineering opportunities with effective partners to ensure execution  Creates, modifies and implements vendor strategies to support ongoing development needs  Develops processes and systems related to product development  Develops relative costing strategies and its related application  Performs advanced needs assessment and designs/delivers precise prototypes, in partnership with vendor base, with the appropriate taste and aesthetic levels  Builds strong cross-function.al partnerships with Design, Pre-Production, Production, Mills/vendors and overseas teams and intuitively know when to effectively leverage.  Applied understanding of the international vendor community  Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships  Strong levels of Detail Orientation  Strong levels of leadership, problem-solving skills/ability  Strong levels of Negotiation skills  Strong levels of Decision-Making skills/ability  High levels of Social Perceptiveness
