ob Tasks: • Perform on regular basis autonomous fashion researches, mainly on web, but also in shopping environment, Fairs and Trade Shows, downtown, wechat… • Perform dedicated and detail oriented researches under the direction of the managers • Material researches and swatches collection, in GuangZhou and JinJiang material markets • Material development in China alongside nominated material suppliers and factories (with a translator, provided by company) • Create new colour combination on existing structures of footwear, and then prepare TECH PACKS, in order that the instructions are correct to pass to the Sample Rooms for the sample execution, at the requested deadline. Men’s 45%, Womens 40%, Kids 15% - Spring Summer and Fall Winter, EU, USA, Asia markets Target consumer: 25-65 y.o and 6-13 for kids • Check the sample is matching the instruction before submitting to the supervisor, if not, pls take needed actions to present the revised sample on time at the managers • Check final result of sample and deeply evaluate all details and prepare a list of improvement you would like to apply to the new sample, for manager anknowledge • Keep organized the swatches • Responsible to keep the samples in right place, clean, with info hangtag • Do renderings from sample instruction created by other internal and external designers • Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills Requirements: • Wester education and lifestyle, and/or Korean is preferred • min 3yr. experience in Fashion Design • min 1yr. experience in Footwear • Advanced knowledge of Macintosh Graphics Programs: InDesign/Illustrator/PhotoShop/ • Fluent English, Mandarin is a clear advantage • An experience in industrial design is a plus • Based in JinJiang Area
